128 -Syrian bishop of Kotayam, becoming jacobite bishop by his Holiness Ignace Pierre III. With the agreement of the Patriarche, he devoted on the 29th of january, 1889, assisted by Mgr Paul Evanus and by Mgr G. Gregorius, Antioche Malabar bishop, Mgr François-Xavier Alvarez.
129 - Mgr Alvarez, arch-bishop of Ceylan, following the agreement of the patriarcal note of Ignace Pierre III from the 29th december, 1891, assisted by Mgr Paul Athanasius, Kotayam bishop and by Mgr G. Grégorius, Niranam bishop, devoted on the 29th may, 1892, Mgr Joseph-René Vilatte at the Colombo Church (Ceylan) as Metropolitan arch-bishop of the American Catholics. Sir Moralky, representing the United-States at Ceylan, was acting as the notary.
130 - Arch-bishop of the Old Catholic Church of North America, Mgr Joseph-René Vilatte extended his apostolate to Europe and created the cultural of the French Catholic Church (more known as the Gallican Church). On the 6th of may, 1900, he devoted, at the church of Plaisance (Italy), Mgr Paolo Miraglia-Gulotti.
