In 1991, Dom Charles-Rafaël Payeur established a Foundation intended to support the Priestly Fraternity of Saint John the Evangelist financially by providing places of worship, publishing and distributing its publications for religious cultural purposes, and in a more overall way by financing all the requisites for worship.

This Foundation also is dedicated for collecting and preserving vestments and liturgical objects as well as works of art associated with Christian worship and more ancient religions.

Finally, the Bishop Charles-Rafaël Payeur Foundation endeavours to support the Apostolic Catholic Church of Brazil by giving it objects needed for worship, and giving financial support according to its possibilities, also helping for its humanitarian work for the Brazilian poor and children.

To do this, the Bishop Charles-Rafaël Payeur Foundation can receive gifts, testamentary legacies Annexe 29 and other similar contributions in money or real-estate values.

Also, the contribution of each donor is of course much appreciated. In practical terms, this Foundation is recognised by the Canadian Government as a registered charity under number 0940379-43. It is therefore possible for any Canadian to obtain an exemption from paying tax for any donation given.
